Please read these Shipping & Return Policy carefully before making purchases of Tooltech Industry Inc. inventory.

Shipping & Return Policy Tooltech Industry Inc.

Tooltech Industry Inc. (“Company”) have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused, have been purchased directly from Tooltech Industry Inc. or one of its authorized distributors/dealers/retailers, and be in the same condition that you received it: in its original packaging with all accessories intact (including cords, carrying cases, transformers, controls, assembly tools, etc), with its original packing slip, and all manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All purchases made through authorized dealers, distributors, and/or third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original point of purchase. Tooltech Industry Inc. cannot process returns for products purchased through a dealer or reseller; these must be handled with the retailer from whom the product was originally obtained.
To start a return, kindly contact us at toolawm2@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and an RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) form and number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items that have been sent back to us without going through our standard return process will not be accepted. Returns without an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise must include the following:
  • Tooltech Industry Inc. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and number.
  • Must be new and unused, with original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, plastic wrap, etc.).
  • Original packing slip.
  • All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, controls, assembly tools, etc.
  • All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
After RMA is issued and item is returned to Tooltech Industry Inc., Company will notify you of receipt and inspection of your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not, subject to 35% restocking fees and shipping (original and return) expenses. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return of Equipment

All returns will be pursuant to Seller’s instructions. Buyer must first contact Seller for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form before returning any Equipment. All returns must reference the RMA number along with the original invoice number and the reason for return (please see above). Any returns without authorization will not be refunded. Non-warranty returns of normal stock products that are unused and are in resalable condition will be subject to Seller’s return policies in effect at the time, including applicable restocking and transportation charges and other conditions of return. Authorized returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures.
Must have RMA: If you receive an item that is defective within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse, Tooltech Industry Inc. will provide a replacement if available, or cancel order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: availability, error in order, error in description of prices, and etc. Company will cover shipping expenses if applicable.
If you decide to return an item that is not defective within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from Tooltech Industry Inc., Company will provide a refund for a new, unused non-defective item. Customer is responsible for all original and return shipping expenses for returns of non-defective items, and is subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Exceptions: Company does not accept returns for used items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Parts and accessories purchased directly from Tooltech Industry Inc. via TooltechIndustry.com, or by phone may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Defective or damaged parts will be evaluated by our customer service team. If a defect is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing issue, Company will, at its discretion, replace the item. Labor, installation, and shipping costs associated with replacements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing. Returns due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or damage occurring after delivery will be subject to replacement costs, including all related shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Limited Warranty Tooltech Industry Inc.

1. WHAT IS COVERED. Tooltech Industry Inc. (“Company”) will return or replace, at its discretion and option, any of its new Tooltech Industry Inc. accessories or service parts which are purchased directly from Tooltech Industry Inc. in the United States, which in normal use have proven to be defective in workmanship or material, subject to the conditions stated in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty covers only materials. All transportation costs are Customer’s responsibility. For purposes of this warranty statement, products purchased via the internet are deemed purchased in the country where the seller is located. 2. WARRANTY PERIOD. All warranty claims of items purchased directly from Tooltech Industry Inc. in the United States must be submitted by the original purchaser during the following period from the date of retail purchase:
  • Tooltech Industry Inc. Woodworking Machinery PARTS – two-year limited warranty from the date of the shipment
  • Used or Damaged Products – Company does not offer any warranty on products purchased in used or damaged condition
  • 3. HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE. To obtain warranty fulfillment, you must provide proof of purchase (bearing date of purchase) and return the product (if applicable) to Company to replace item within the applicable warranty period. Company reserves the right to restrict warranty claim service to the country where the product was purchased and/or to charge for the cost to export service parts or provide warranty service in a different country.

  • 4. All warranty parts replacements are subject to Company’s discretion and will be reviewed on an item-by-item basis. When a replacement part is required under warranty, the defective item must be inspected by Company. Company may cover outbound shipping costs for approved warranty parts, at its discretion. Technical support is available by phone, email, or video.
EXCLUSIONS. Warranty coverage is only applicable to the original purchaser and becomes void if the serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced, or if unauthorized parts or accessories are used. Tooltech Industry Inc. is not responsible for machines modified, altered, or serviced by unauthorized individuals or entities. Basic setup, alignment, and routine maintenance are the user’s responsibility, and machines must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines to remain eligible for warranty coverage.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Company does not offer any warranty or refunds on products purchased in used or damaged condition.
  • Company does not warrant or refund against cosmetic defects.
  • Company does not warrant or refund against refurbished products.
  • Company does not warrant or refund any products purchased outside of the United States.
  • Company will not be responsible for any damage that has resulted from normal wear, misuse, abuse or any repair or alteration made by anyone other than a representative of Tooltech Industry Inc.
  • Company will not be liable for INCIDENTAL or CONSEQUENTIAL damages.
  • All IMPLIED WARRANTIES are expressly limited to the warranty period identified above.
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or consumable parts such as belts, bearings, and blades. It also does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, inadequate maintenance, improper cleaning, insufficient dust collection, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Damage resulting from natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other external causes beyond our control is excluded.
Tooltech Industry Inc. reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at Company discretion, including but not limited to if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
This limited warranty is Company’s sole warranty and sets forth the customer’s exclusive remedy with respect to defective products; all other warranties, express or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise, are expressly disclaimed by Company, except as expressly stated in this Warranty Statement. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damages for lost production, lost profits, or personal injury, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. This exclusion applies regardless of whether the Company was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Shipping & Return Policy

Company reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Company's sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Shipping & Return Policy. If You disagree with any part of these Shipping & Return Policy, then You may not access the Service.
